Ages 8-11: Classical Ballet and Jazz Combo Cedarbrae

Your young dancer will explore both Ballet and Jazz styles within this one combo class. The creativity, discipline and concentration of Ballet is fuzed with the high energy and excitement of Jazz!

For the Ballet portion of class your dancer will focus on the Royal Academy of Dance Ballet syllabus which is an internationally recognized syllabus setting high standards for classical Ballet training. Followed by Jazz where Jazz technique is developed through warm-ups, flexibility, across the floor progressions (kicks, turns, jumps) and centre floor choreography. In a Jazz class, the dancers also learn self-expression & stylized movements.

* Calling all aspiring ballerinas! Elevate your dancer’s passion for Ballet & Jazz with our second weekly class which runs on Tuesday evenings at our Kelvin Grove location from 6:30 – 7:15pm. We encourage our dancers to register for both Monday & Tuesday classes. From perfecting pirouettes to refining graceful pliés, this additional session offers double the opportunity for growth and skill development. With dedicated instructors, tailored curriculum, and a nurturing environment, your dancer will flourish and thrive in their journey towards Ballet & Jazz excellence. Ages: 8-11

Cost: $35 to register, $84 per month (plus GST). You will be invoiced for your monthly classes re: October to May once classes commence in the Fall.

When classes commence in the Fall, your child’s weekly class will run:
