Counterpoint Recital Thursday June 14, 2007

Date:   Thursday June 14, 2007

Location: Epcor Center for Performing Arts, Jack Singer Concert Hall
**note different location from dress rehearsal**

Dancers should arrive at the Jack Singer at 6:15pm in their first costume with their hair and make-up completed. Dancers and ONE parent/guardian are to enter through the STAGE DOOR entrance – clearly marked on 9th Avenue – where they will be greeted and guided to the location of their dressing room.  Parents will then leave their child with the designated parent volunteers who will stay with the dancers for the remainder of the show.  ALL other guests should enter through the main doors (see map) and follow the signs to the Jack Singer Theatre.

The doors to the theatre will be open at 6:40 and the show starts at 7:00pm SHARP!

The recital will run from approximately 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. We decided a 7:00 p.m. start would be most convenient for parking and traffic.

IMPORTANT: Please place all costumes on a hanger marked with the dancer’s name and the order in which the dancer will wear them in the show – refer to the program to be posted in the studio lobby to obtain this important information.

PLEASE CHECK THE PROGRAM WHICH WILL BE POSTED IN EARLY MAY IN THE STUDIO LOBBY TO ENSURE YOUR CHILD’S NAME IS INCLUDED AND SPELLED CORRECTLY BY MAY 15, 2007.
